Crocker Program for Children & Youth: Classes in art fundamentals for children ages 4-17, with scholarship support for those who are economically disadvantaged. Young Artist Project: On-site art classes in Portlands inner-city public schools, taught by art faculty mentors and BFA student interns; offered by PNCA since 1991. Pre-College Program: Four week intensive summer art school program for high school youth. Philip Feldman Gallery: Public gallery operated and curated by PNCA’s Gallery Curator, and dedicated to showing the work of contemporary artists. 2004-05 Tuition $15,500 per year, full-time enrollment.
