Gregory Lofts

The Gregory is one of the Pearl’s more distinguished buildings. Centrally located, The Gregory is in the middle of the action at the First Thursday celebration.

1 and 2-bedroom lofts with 11th and 12th-floor penthouses ranging in size from 750 square feet to 3350 square feet.

The Gregory Lofts Condominiums, built by Carroll Aspen development group, were first occupied in 2000. Office spaces and ground floor retail spaces complement the residential lofts.

The Gregory's 133 residential units range in size from about 1000 to 3000 square feet, helping to create a diverse population within the building. Each unit has indoor, secured parking, and most units have a separate storage locker in the parking area.

Residents can use the large deck on the 5th floor for barbeques, picnics, and parties. There is an area for recycling and for bicycle storage.
