Tanner Place is located on Johnson between 10th and 12th, across from Jamison Square.

With its formal, symmetrical façade and massing, Tanner Place helps enclose and activate adjacent Jamison Park.

Ground floor retail creates an active pedestrian environment that helps connect people to the park and the street car. The building’s u-shape is designed to appear as three buildings, with individual lobbies and views east, south and west.

The project’s detailing and color complement the scale and character of the neighborhood, while an open air courtyard provides a quiet, urban garden greenspace for residents.
