The Elizabeth is located on 9th between Flanders and Everett. The Elizabeth was developed by Carroll/Aspen who also developed the Chown Pella, McKenzie, Gregory and the Edge Lofts. Off of the Broadway Bridge, Lovejoy used to run East-to-West on an elevated ramp. This ramp was taken down in the 1990’s.
