With an L-shaped design, the Pinnacle is one of the few buildings that is a high rise and also a low rise. With a 14 story high rise tower with condos and a seven story low rise with townhomes, the Pinnacle also has a one story stand alone retail space.
With hardwood floors, dark wood floors and cabinets, the Pinnacle has a more modern touch than most buildings. The lobby boasts an elaborate grand circular staircase in the lobby.
